"The DMSc in Healthcare Leadership recognizes that healthcare leaders are increasingly of diverse backgrounds. This program develops the skills needed to lead our healthcare system forward. The mix of business courses, public health, analytics, research, and leadership theory allowed me to look up and out from the setting I’ve practiced in for 20 years—building on my clinical training and bringing new perspective to my current leadership role. The asynchronous structure allowed me to skill build while balancing a clinical leadership role and a busy family."
