Master of Professional Studies in Digital Media Connect
Northeastern University in Vancouver’s Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Digital Media Connect is designed for students without prior experience who are considering a career change into digital media.
Four additional foundation courses provide a rigorous bridge that can help you connect your current background to a new digital media path. Courses focus on visual communications foundations, programming foundations, and web creation. This pathway provides 12 additional quarter hours of credit that are required to complete the degree.
From there, you’ll expand on your core courses with concentration electives and a final, hands-on project. As you earn your degree, you’ll build meaningful working relationships with students and employers around the globe.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment through labs and specialized workshops offered at our Vancouver campus and online.
- Customize your digital media courses and focus on a specific area of interest with one of our concentration options: game design or 3D animation.
- Develop relevant skills alongside our faculty experts to begin an in-demand career as an interactive designer, product design leader, web and systems manager, user experience designer, social media marketing manager, digital marketing manager, communications specialist, video producer, game designer, and more.
Domestic Canadian students that start their on-ground programs in Fall 2025 at the Vancouver campus may be eligible for scholarships of up to 50%. Please note that scholarship eligibility is subject to verification, restrictions may apply.
