The Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical program is designed for working professionals, recent graduates, or career changers who want to pursue a career in healthcare and are required to complete all or most of the basic pre-medical courses.

  • Learn the core concepts of biology, chemistry, and physics, and complete all the premedical courses required for admission to medical, dental, osteopathic, veterinary, physician assistant, nursing, or physical therapy programs.
  • Retake courses you have previously completed to enhance your academic record and improve your competitiveness for admission. Take upper-level courses in biology, chemistry, and biotechnology to help improve your overall science GPA.
  • Tailor your educational experience to your career goals by choosing between certificate or nondegree program options, as well as from courses in human anatomy, biochemistry, microbiology, statistics, genetics, cell biology, and more to obtain the credentials needed for admission to competitive graduate programs.
  • Receive guidance throughout the medical school application process including one-on-one advising, success coaching, and other academic support services, as well as institutional support through a no-fee committee letter for qualifying students.

  • Certificate: 32 Semester Hours
  • Letter Packet: Students must take 8 courses (including corresponding labs) to receive a letter packet.
