Northeastern University’s Master of Professional Studies in Applied AI and Master of Professional Studies in Applied AI—Connect programs give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to develop and implement AI-based solutions in your organization, no matter your technical background.
You’ll learn how to combine computer science and analytical skills with functional government and industry expertise, creativity, and leadership as you solve pressing global challenges. If you’re entering the program without a background in computer science or statistics, you’ll begin your studies with nine semester hours of foundational, skill-building courses in the Connect program, then join your peers for the remainder of your studies.
The program is flexibly offered full or part time with a choice of on-campus, online, or hybrid formats. You can shape your degree around your professional goals with three optional concentrations and gain professional experience by participating in an optional, full-time paid co-op through Northeastern’s top-ranked co-op program.
