  • This program is designed for engineers looking to excel in a rapidly growing industry, from biomedical to biofuel cell research and innovation. The College of Engineering’s approach allows students to focus on one of four concentrations, mapping their education to career interests in healthcare, sustainability, and beyond.
  • Master of Science in Bioengineering—Connect
  • The Connect program, with a concentration in biomedical devices and bioimaging, is designed for life sciences, medicine, and other nonengineering backgrounds to transition their careers to bioengineering. Upon completion of the program, students earn an MS in Bioengineering.

You will have the opportunity to participate in federally funded research on campus, as well as gain up to eight months of real-world industry and research experience as part of the academic curriculum through Northeastern’s top-ranked cooperative education (co-op) program.
