Northeastern University’s Master of Science in Information Systems and Master of Science in Information Systems—Bridge programs, offered by the College of Engineering, prepare you for an in-demand career at the intersection of business, IT management, and engineering in Maine and nationwide—even if you don’t have a STEM or tech-focused bachelor’s degree. Through rigorous coursework and experiential learning, you’ll be prepared to design and deliver safe, secure systems that advance society.

Our traditional Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) program is for students who have a STEM bachelor's degree or significant experience in a tech-related field, while the MSIS—Bridge program is specially designed for students with nontechnical bachelor’s degrees. You’ll gain the hands-on skills and knowledge to enter the in-demand field of information systems.
