The Leadership and Education Advancement Program (LEAP) is a scholarship designed to meet the needs of state, local, federal, county, and tribal public health professionals who are looking to advance their public health careers.

This unique program is exclusively available to current or recently employed (within the past year) full-time or part-time public health professionals working within government agencies. Whether you are at the state, local, tribal, or federal level, this program will help you tailor your public health journey to achieve your career goals.

    Delivered through the Charlotte Master of Public Health (MPH) program, the curriculum provides foundational public health skills and knowledge, coupled with a focus on leadership and management skills, to meet the needs of public sector public health professionals.
