Master of Science in Health Informatics

Northeastern’s Master of Science in Health Informatics is a multidisciplinary degree program that prepares you to address clinical, technical, and business needs within the healthcare field. The Vancouver-based program is a partnership between the university’s Bouvé College of Health Sciences and Khoury College of Computer Sciences.

Healthcare is complex, incorporating medicine, technology, people, and data. Professionals who understand how these factors converge and know how to communicate their findings to industry stakeholders will be at the forefront of improving healthcare delivery and outcomes.

You can apply eligible transfer credits from past coursework toward up to 30% of the MS in Health Informatics degree requirements—saving time and accelerating your path to graduation.

Students beginning their MS in Health Informatics degree through the Vancouver campus in fall 2025 or spring 2026 are eligible to receive 25% off their total tuition.

This program is offered under the written consent of the Minister effective January 31, 2025 having undergone a quality assessment process and been found to meet the criteria established by the Minister. Nevertheless, prospective students are responsible for satisfying themselves that the program and the degree will be appropriate to their needs (for example, acceptable to potential employers, professional licensing bodies, or other educational institutions).
