Influence society in profound ways with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern. From enabling children with autism or stroke survivors to effectively communicate to relieving adolescents’ fear of speaking disfluently in the classroom, Northeastern’s program has reflected the university’s tradition of practice-oriented education since 1965.

In this program, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Gain skills at an on-campus speech-language clinic while working with members of the local community who present with a broad range of cognitive-communication needs.
  • Apply your learning by completing four semesters of clinical experience both on and off campus.
  • Forge world-recognized connections with faculty who provide the opportunity to apply classroom theory to evidence-based SLP interventions in the field.
  • Attract employers following graduation with eligibility for state and national licensure.

Please note that students who begin their coursework in the MS Speech-Language Pathology program through the Charlotte campus in the Fall 2024 semester are eligible to receive a $40K tuition scholarship.
