You’re invited to Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Education EdD Human + AI event in Boston. This event is a great opportunity to explore Northeastern’s GSE community, connect with current students, alumni, and faculty, and engage in meaningful conversations about the future of education and leadership.
Agenda:
As generative AI continues to reshape how information is created, shared, and applied, educators across pK–12, higher education, and the workplace are asking an important question: What remains uniquely human in education? This event will explore how artificial intelligence is changing—not replacing—the role of educators, learning leaders, and institutions.
Through a moderated conversation with panelists representing different sectors of education, we will examine how professionals are adapting their teaching, leadership, and learning design in response to generative AI. Panelists will share how AI is influencing their work, where human judgment and relationships remain essential, and how educators can leverage AI to enhance learning while maintaining the core values of education.
The discussion will also explore how institutions can prepare students and professionals for a future where human expertise and AI collaboration go hand in hand. Whether you’re actively engaged with generative AI or just exploring its possibilities, this event is a great opportunity to learn, connect, and engage with fellow alumni, current students, and faculty.
