Through two applied scenarios — freight mode selection under demand uncertainty and supplier sourcing under cost, lead time, and trade policy risk — attendees will see how these tools model trade-offs and adapt to changing conditions. You'll leave with a clear sense of where AI-driven analysis ends and professional judgment takes over.
